In contrast to my color-field preoccupation, I’m also taken by the way the acrylic can suggest movement or feeling or even idea. Much of what’s below on this page was informed in response to events during the Covid-19 disaster; the turbulence, the tensions, the discontinuities, to say nothing of the dreams. These pieces are just my way of seeking to understand how I’m being affected by all of the goings-on.
